Wir Sarah (29) Studentin und Jenny (28) berufstätig suchen eine/n lustigen, unkomplizierten und selbstständigen neuen Mitbewohner für unsere tolle Wohnung im Johannesviertel. Wir sind keine Zwecks- Wg, gehen hin und wieder gemeinsam aus, kochen zusammen oder grillen im Garten, das Übliche halt .
Wünschenswert wäre, dass du wgerfahren bist, auf Ordnung und Sauberkeit bedacht (Putzfee/ Meisterpropper) ein mal wöchentlich, unternehmungslustig, aber nicht jeden Abend auf Partysafari unterwegs bist.
Das Zimmer wird ab dem 1.08. frei und kann bis zum 31. Oktober bewohnt werden. Nach Absprache kann das Zimmer auch teilmöbliert vermietet werden.
