Wir Sarah (29) Studentin und Jenny (28) berufstätig suchen eine/n lustigen, unkomplizierten und selbstständigen neuen Mitbewohner/in für unsere tolle Wohnung im Johannesviertel. Wir sind keine Zwecks- Wg, gehen hin und wieder gemeinsam aus, kochen zusammen oder grillen im Garten, das Übliche halt . Wünschenswert wäre, dass du wg-erfahren bist, auf Ordnung und Sauberkeit bedacht, unternehmungslustig aber nicht jeden Abend auf Partysafari unterwegs bist.
Das 20 qm große helle Zimmer hat Zugang zu einem eigenen Balkon und könnte ab dem 1.08. bis Oktober (Anfang oder Ende) vermietet werden. Auf Wunsch auch mit Kleiderschrank, Regal, Schlafsofa und Schreibtisch.
