Für unsere Sonnendeck-WG im 7. Stock über den Dächern Darmstadts suchen wir 2 Nachmieter (-Innen). Die WG ist recht neu zusammengestellt undIhr habt alle Möglichkeiten euch einzubringen.
In der WG teilen sich je 2 Leute ein Bad und je eine Abstellkammer. Wohnzimmer und Küche sind für alle da und sehr offen (und grün!) angelegt. Die Mietfläche beträgt 20qm pro Mitbewohner die Zimmer haben allerdings nur ca. 12. Das Studentenwohnheim stellt Waschräume zur Verfügung, deshalb haben wir keine Waschmaschine. Das Internet hier ist an die TU angeschloßen und super (ja, suuuuuuper)schnell, wir werden es vermissen.
Kommt (am besten abends) vorbei, dann erzählen wir euch alles.
