WG Zimmer direkt am Riegerplatz

Die Wohnung liegt im schönen, studentisch geprägten Martinsviertel direkt am Riegerplatz. Ein kleiner Bäcker, eine Eisdiele und diverse Lokalitäten finden sich direkt vor der Haustür. Penny, Rewe und Aldi sind zu Fuß in fünf bis zehn Minuten zu erreichen. Das gleiche gilt auch für die Haltestellen der Linien H,K, F und L. Im Campus Stadtmitte ist man nach circa zehn Minuten angelangt.

Die Küche ist der soziale Mittelpunk der WG, in der wir hin und wieder quatschen. Aber unser WG-Leben befindet sich momentan in einem Selbstfindungsprozess. Du bist herzlich eingeladen, dieses nach deinem Einzug mitzugestalten. Wir wollen tendenziell keine Zweck-WG-Vibes haben und sind für alles offen. Wir befinden uns alle in unterschiedlichen Lebensabschnitten:

- Marcel hat ein Doktor im Maschinenbau und ist seit fast einem Jahrzehnten in der WG. Zurzeit arbeitet in einem Start-Up.

- Sofia ist 21 und macht einen BFD als Erzieherin an einer Schule und ist noch in Planung wie es in der nächste Zeit aussehen wird. Ansonsten verbringt sie gerne viel Zeit in der Natur, singt, tanzt meditiert und macht Yoga, macht gerne was mit guten Freunden und hat Lust auf ein gemeinschaftliches und fürsorgliches wg-Miteinander. Sie kocht auch gerne und interessiert für alle möglichen kultur Impulse zwischen Musik, Theater, Tanz etc:)

- Paloma (she/they) ist 26 und studiert Motion Pictures (Film) an der HDA. Sie macht aber ein Urlaubssemester, um ihren kreativen Sparkle wiederzufinden. Sie ist chronically online und hat viel zu viele Hobbys, um die alle aufzuzählen. Momentan beschäftigt sie sich mit Mixed Media Experimentations, Häkeln, Thrifting und Stick n Pokes. Sie kocht gerne und ist immer für einen spontanen Filmabend dabei :)

Hey you,
the soon-to-be vacant room is about 13sqm and has high old walls, which makes it feel very spacious. The huge window is facing south, so you have a view to Riegerplatz and it lets a lot of sun in. Perfect if you have plants or are prone to winter depression. To avoid the scorching summer sun, you can simply lower the blinds partially. The room is rented unfurnished.
The apartment has an unbothered but chill vibe that almost borders on trashy chic. The apartment has a Frankfurt bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. So you won't miss anything here! Except maybe a rice cooker and sharp knives xd

The apartment is located in the beautiful, student-oriented Martinsviertel directly on Riegerplatz. A small bakery, an ice cream parlor and various restaurants are right outside the front door. Penny, Rewe and Aldi can be reached on foot in five to ten minutes. The same applies to the stops of the H, K, F and L lines. The Campus Stadtmitte is about ten minutes away.

The kitchen is the central hub of the WG, where we chitchat from time to time. But Our WG-Life is in a process of self-discovery. You are welcome to help shape this after you move in. But we don't want to have a Zweck-WG vibe and are open to anything. All of us are in different chapters of their lives:

- Marcel has a PhD in mechanical engineering and has been in the WG for almost a decade. He is currently working in a start-up.

- Sofia is 21 and is doing a BFD as an educator at a school and is still planning what it will look like in the near future. Otherwise she likes to spend a lot of time in nature, singing, dancing meditating and doing yoga, doing things with good friends and has a desire for a collaborative and caring wg togetherness. She also likes to cook and interested in all kinds of cultural impulses between music, theater, dance etc :)

- Paloma (she/they) is 26 and studies Motion Pictures (Film) at HDA. But she is taking a semester off to find her creative sparkle again. She is chronically online and has way too many hobbies to list them all. Currently she is involved in Mixed Media Experimentations, crochet, thrifting and stick n pokes. She loves to cook and is always up for a spontaneous movie night :)
