mein Name ist Marcel, ich bin 26 Jahre und studiere Wirtschaftsinformatik an der TU Darmstadt. Ich suche zum 01.04. 2023 einen neuen Mitbewohner, für meine 2er WG im Martinsviertel. Die Wohnung liegt zentral am Friedrich Ebert Platz, so das alle Orte und Geschäfte in Darmstadt schnell zu erreichen sind. Ich bin ein sehr offener Mensch und mir ist Sympathie sehr wichtig, auf Grund dessen ¹bin ich kein großer Freund von Zwecks WG, aber finde es auch okay, wenn jeder sein Ding macht.
Noch eine kleine Anmerkung falls unklar: Die sonstigen Kosten in Höhe von 105€ setzen sich aus den Abschlägen für Strom, Gas, Rundfunkbeitrag und Internet zusammen.
