Ich ziehe wegen eines Auslandsemester von Ende Januar bis Anfang/Mitte Juli aus meinem Wg Zimmer aus und würde es gerne für diesen Zeitraum untervermieten.
Mein 10 qm Zimmer mit eigenem Balkon werde ich möbliert vermieten.
Zur Verfügung stehen daher ein Bett (140x200 cm) mit Matratze, Nachttisch, Spiegel, Wandregale, Bürotisch und Stuhl sowie Balkonmöbel. Allerdings verlange ich zur Benutzung meiner Möbel monatlich 50 Euro extra, da diese fast neu und kaum benutzt worden sind.
Ein 10 qm Zimmer hört sich beim lesen sehr klein an, aber ich habe es sehr minimalistisch eingerichtet, sodass mein Zimmer größer wirkt. Ebenso sorgen die ca. 3,00 m hohen Wände dafür, dass der Raum auch größer wirkt ;).
Leider liegt mein Zimmer an einer viel befahrenen Straße (Rhönring), das heißt Tagsüber ist es mit offenen Fenster im Zimmer ziemlich laut, gegen Abend wird es definitiv ruhiger. Man kann sich auf Dauer aber an die Lautstärke gewöhnen.

Heey everyone!
I'm moving out of my room because of a semester abroad from the end of January till early/mid July and would like to sublet it for this period.
My 10 sqm room with private balcony is
fully furnished.
Therefore, a bed (140x200 cm) with mattress, bedside table, mirror, wall shelves, office table and chair as well as balcony furniture are available. However, for the use of my furniture I charge 50 euros extra per month, since they are almost new and have hardly been used.
A 10 sqm room sounds very small when reading, but I have furnished it very minimalist, so my room seems larger. Likewise, the approx. 3.00 m high walls ensure that the room also seems larger ;).
Unfortunately, my room is located on a busy street (Rhönring), which means during the day it is quite loud with open windows in the room, towards evening it is definitely quieter. But you can get used to the volume in the long run.
Die Lage der WG ist sehr gut gelegen. Es liegt im schönen Martinsviertel und alles ist so ziemlich in laufnähe erreichbar. Zur ÖPNV gibt es die Bushaltestelle "am Karlshof" und den "Taunusplatz", die beide in wenigen Minuten erreichbar sind. Der H Bus bringt dich direkt zur Stadtmitte und zum Hbf. Der Bürgerpark liegt ebenfalls in umliegender Nähe, falls du an einem Spaziergang sowie Sport interessiert bist (du kannst den bereits schon aus meinem Balkon sehen). Ebenso ist im selben Gebäude im Erdgeschoss eine Wäscherei mit einem Hermes Paketshop. Supermärkte wie Aldi, Rewe und Penny oder auch die Post liegen in einem Umkreis von 1 km und sind ebenso zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Auch ist der Weg zur TU Stadtmitte und zum beliebten Herrngarten nicht weit. Wer das Martinsviertel kennt, weiß das dieser Stadtteil für seine Restaurants und Studentenbars sehr bekannt ist. Hier findest du alles was man braucht :).

The location of the WG is very well situated. It is located in the beautiful Martinsviertel and everything is pretty much within walking distance. For public transport, there is the bus stop "am Karlshof" and the "Taunusplatz", both of them can be reached in a few minutes. The H Bus takes you directly to the city center and the main train station. The Bürgerpark is also nearby, if you are interested in a walk as well as sports (you can already see it from my balcony). Also in the same building on the first floor is a laundry with a Hermes parcel store. Supermarkets such as Aldi, Rewe and Penny or even the post office are within a radius of 1 km and are also within walking distance. Also the way to the TU city center and the popular Herrngarten is not far. Those who know the Martinsviertel know that this district is very well known for its restaurants and student bars. Here you will find everything you need :).
Das Wg-Leben ist sehr einfach. In dieser Wg leben Amelie (21) und Maja (22), die beide Architektur an der TU studieren. Maja wird die Wg voraussichtlich ende Februar verlassen. Am liebsten hätten wir es gerne wenn du einfach vorbeikommst, dich vorstellst und meine Mitbewohnerinnen kennenlernst. So können wir sehen, ob das zusammenleben miteinander passt.
Wir sind seitdem Lockdown eine harmonische und familiäre Wg geworden, was wir gerne weiterhin fortführen wollen. Also falls du eher eine Zweck Wg suchst, bist du bei uns leider falsch.
Wir mögen es sowohl zusammen zu kochen, etwas trinken zu gehen, Party zu machen und Filmabende in unserem gemütlichen und großen Wohnzimmer zu veranstalten. Es ist kein muss für jeden gibt es auch genügend Rückzugsorte.

Our life in a shared flat is very simple. Amelie (21) and Maja (22), who both study architecture at the TU, live in this flat. Maja will probably leave the flat at the end of February. We would like you to come by, introduce yourself and get to know my roommates. So we can see if living together fits. Since Lockdown we have become a harmonious and family Wg, which we would like to continue. So if you are looking for a purpose Wg, you are unfortunately wrong with us.
We like to cook together, go for a drink, party and have movie nights in our cozy and big living room. It is not a must for everyone there are also enough retreats.
Die Wg ist bisher sehr gut ausgestattet, das heißt du könntest einfach deine Koffer mitbringen und Anfang Februar direkt einziehen.
Bei dem Auszugstermin bin ich mir leider noch nicht ganz sicher wann genau ich wieder nach Darmstadt zurückkommen werde, ob es Anfang oder Mitte Juli sein wird, bleibt der Auszugstermin erstmal flexibel.

The Wg is very well equipped so far, which means you could just bring your suitcases and move in directly at the beginning of February.
With the move-out date I am unfortunately not quite sure when exactly I will come back to Darmstadt, whether it will be early or mid-July, the move-out date remains flexible for now.
