Spacious bright pretty room with large windows in beautiful Martinsviertel. Room comes without the furniture and is available starting from 01.07.2022. We have a washing machine and dishwasher and nice plants ;)
Old house directly in front of the FU bus station Spessartring and near the Bier Garten. REWE is a 10 minutes walk. Parking is possible in the streets nearby. As a shared flat we share a basment room. The house also is connected to a garden which we are allowed to use together with the other shared flats.
The warm rent of 75 € includes wifi, water, heating and electricity.
Rightnow we are searching for a new flat member, cause one of us will move to another country. We appreciate personal privacy but also it matters to us to have good communication always and spending time together occasionally in the big kitchen, which is our kind of living room :) Right now one of us (26)studying architecture for her masters degree, and the other flatmate , 24 years old, is studying animation and game masters.
One flatmate comes from Egypt and can speak English, Arabic, and some German. The other two are German; therefore we usually communicate in English around the flat.
