Liebe WG-Suchende,
Wir (Katha, Falko, Marc, Tobi, Lucas, Serkan) sind eine bunte und lebendige 7er WG die Zuwachs sucht :) Serkan und ich (Lucas) sind kommendes Semester im Erasmus, sodass auch Serkans Zimmer frei wird.
Wir wohnen in einem wirklich großen, schönen Einfamilienhaus im Verlegerviertel in Darmstadt. Das Haus verfügt über einen großen Garten mit Terrasse (inklusive kleinem Pool), ein Wohn-Esszimmer mit großer Couch und Beamer + Leinwand, Sauna, ein geteiltes Büro für bis zu drei Personen im Home-Office, 3 Toiletten, 2 Bäder, Keller, Garage und Gästezimmer.
Dein Zimmer wäre im 2. Stock, mit einem großen Fenstern zur Süd-Seite und einem mittel großen Fenster zur West-Seite, also ist das Zimmer den ganzen Tag über sehr hell, aber kann auch immer sehr gut durchgelüftet werden. Die Toilette würdest du dir mit Tobi und Katha teilen. Da mein neues Zimmer schon möbliert sein wird, werde ich den Großteil meiner Möbel in Darmstadt lassen. Wir können uns aber gerne absprechen wie wir das mit den Möbeln machen wollen, da wir einen großen Keller haben ist es gar kein Problem fast alle Möbel im Keller zwischen zu lagern (nur das Bett würde ein Problem werden).
We (Katha, Falko, Marc, Tobi, Lucas, Serkan) are a colourful and lively flat-sharing community of 7 looking for new members :) Serkan and me (Lucas) doing a semester abroad and therefore our rooms will be free.
We live in a really big, beautiful detached house in the Verlegerviertel in Darmstadt. The house has a large garden with a terrace (including a small pool), a living-dining room with a large couch and projector + screen, sauna, a shared office for up to three people in the home office, 3 toilets, 2 bathrooms, cellar, garage and guest room.
Your room would be on the 2nd floor, with two big windows to the south side and one window to the west side, so the room is very bright all day long, but can always be ventilated very well. You would share the toilet with Tobi and Katha. Since my new room will already be furnished, I will leave most of my furniture in Darmstadt. But we can discuss how we want to do that with the furniture, since we have a large basement it is no problem to store almost all the furniture in the basement (only the bed would be a problem).

Wir wohnen sehr nahe am HDA Turm (Glaskasten), in ruhiger und zentraler Lage direkt neben der Albert-Schweitzer-Anlage (das ist ein kleiner Park). Durch den Park nebenan sind wir auch oft draußen und schmeißen bisschen mit Frisbees und Footballs rum.
Den Luisenplatz oder den Hauptbahnhof erreicht man in 15 Minuten zu Fuß.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (REWE, Penny...) sind ebenfalls ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt.
Das Haus ist komplett von Garten umgeben und wir haben im Garten viel Privatsphäre.
We live very close to the HDA tower (glass box), in a quiet and central location right next to the Albert-Schweitzer-Anlage (which is a small park). Because of the park next door, we are often outside throwing frisbees and footballs around.
Luisenplatz and the main train station are a 15-minute walk away.
Shopping facilities (REWE, Penny...) are also about a 5-minute walk away.
The house is completely surrounded by garden and we have a lot of privacy in the garden.

Wir sind absolut keine Zweck-WG, da wir viel Zeit zusammen verbringen. Um dir einen kleinen Einblick zu geben was wir so machen wenn wir gemeinsam chillen:
Football, Frisbee, Spikeball, Klettern, Bouldern, Grillen, Kochen, Fahrradtouren, Feiern, Switch zocken (Super smash bros), Tischtennis (mit eigener Platte), Basketball und vieles mehr.
Das WG Leben ist eigentlich super random. Immer wieder hat jemand eine coole Idee was man heute machen kann, sei es noch so dämlich. Bei 7 Leuten finden sich dann auch immer paar die bock haben. Selbstverständlich ist es völlig ok wenn man keine Lust oder Zeit hat.
Wir würden uns sehr über eine(n) Mitbewohner*in freuen, der auch bock hat ab und zu was zu unternehmen und ordentlich ist. Ist ja klar, dass man sich in einer WG beim Putzen mit einbringt.

We are not a purpose-built flat share, as we spend a lot of time together. To give you a little insight into what we do when we chill together:
Football, frisbee, spikeball, climbing, bouldering, barbecuing, cooking, bike rides, partying, playing Switch (Super smash bros), table tennis (with our own table), basketball and much more.
The WG life is actually super random. Someone always has a cool idea for something to do today, no matter how stupid it is. With 7 people, there are always a few who are up for it. Of course, it's totally ok if you don't feel like it or don't have time.
We would be very happy to have a flatmate who is also willing to do something from time to time and is tidy. Of course, in a shared flat you have to help out with the cleaning.
