Der Einzug ist flexibel zwischen dem 1 und 15 Juli bis zum 1 oder 15 Oktober möglich.

Hi everyone! My roommate is going home to vist her family and we are looking for some one that would like to live with us for three months. We are very flexible with the moving between the 1st and the 15 th of July until
the 1st or the 15th of October.

Das Zimmer kann nach Absprache z.T. möbliert untervermietet werden.
In der Warmmiete sind enthalten:
- Strom, Gas, Internet, GEZ, WG-Kasse (5 €/Monat)
> Die Küche haben wir vor zwei Jahren komplett renoviert, modernes Badezimmer mit Wäschekammer
> Grundordnung und -hygiene sind Voraussetzungen, wöchentlicher Putzplan (Bad; Boden; Küche abwechselnd).
The room can be sublet partly furnished by arrangement.
The warm rent includes:
- electricity, gas, internet, GEZ, WG-Kasse (5 €/month)
> We renovated the kitchen completely two years ago, modern bathroom.
> Basic order and basic hygiene are requiered, weekly cleaning schedule (bathroom; floor; kitchen rotating).
