2 Zimmer in einer WG sind ab.01.Februar frei. Die Wohnung verfügt über 3 Zimmer, 1 Badezimmer (mit Toilette), 1 Gast-Toilette und eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Die Lage ist perfekt, da die Wohnung im Stadt-Mitte liegt und alle Annehmlichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe sind.
Zimmer 1 hat ca. 14-16 Quadratmeter und Zimmer 2 hat ca. 18-20 Quadratmeter. Zimmer 1 ist quadratisch und Zimmer 2 ist rechteckig geschnitten.
Die Wohnung ist in 2.Etage.
Beide Zimmer werden aber unmobiliert übergeben, sodass es freie Möglichkeiten bei der Gestaltung bleibt.
In der Küche gibt es bereits alles, was man braucht. Sie verfügt über eine Mikrowelle, Toaster, Wasserkocher und einen kleinen Backofen. Ich habe sie alles entweder gekauft oder von meinen Kumpel bekommen. Wir können auch Geschirr, Töpfe und Pfannen teilen. Dafür möchte ich 50 Euro als Abschlag.

Room 1 : around 14-16 qm.
Room 2 : around 18-20 qm.
The rooms are available from the 1st of February. The first room is about 14-16 qm. and the second room is about 18-20 qm. Both rooms are pleasantly bright thanks to its large windows.
Contract for the rooms are from Bauverein. The room price are fixed as per the contract.
Per room rent 500 euro (cold rent) and additional cost of electricity, etc as per room size.
The rooms are unfurnished but we do have everything in the kitchen. The kitchen has a big space, so we can use this as a living room too. There is everything in the kitchen, that one needs. For all the stuffs there, it would cost additional 50 Euro charge once. We have a balcony too.
Transport is easily accessible. You can catch the train at the Rhein-necker stop and at the central square Luisenplatz.
The WG is very centrally located. Only around 8-10 min walk from Luisenplatz (main transfer stop).
Supermarkets like Netto, Rewe and Alnatura, as well as the shopping streets are in the immediate vicinity of the WG.
The main station (Hauptbahnhof) is less than 10 minutes away by bus/tram/bike.
Also you have a fast connection (about 30 min) to Frankfurt airport through the Airliner bus which is available every half hour from Luisenplatz.
