Spacious and Cozy Room in WG with a garden from 1st of July ☀️
We have a fantastic room available in our shared apartment, located in a calm, very green and convenient neighborhood. This room is perfect for individuals who value comfort, privacy, and a warm atmosphere.
The room comes furnished with a bed and a big wardrobe.
The house itself features a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious living area, and a shared bathroom with bath + wc for guests that can be used as well. These common spaces are shared with friendly and respectful roommates who value cleanliness and a harmonious living environment.
We have a big garden. A carport if you have a car. And a space for the bikes as well.
Our WG is located in Deutsch Evern. The bus stop is 8-9 minutes away by foot. Leuphana University is 15 mins away by bus. 17 minutes away by a bike. And 8 mins by a car.
The current flatmates now are 66 years old German woman which is retired. And the other woman is 39 years old (German). Both of them are very nice, friendly and welcoming.
Internationals are welcome.
Any age is welcome.
Long term is prefered but short term is also fine.
