Mit der U 41 fährt man in 9 Minuten bis zum Stadtgarten Dortmund oder in 11 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof Dortmund. REWE und viele andere Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
So finden Sie in Sichtweite eine Apotheke, eine Bäckerei, einen Schuster und eine Pizzeria.
Die Bushaltestelle zur Universität Dortmund ist rd. 200 m entfernt.
