I am renting out my room in the student dormitory between june 2024 and January 2025 as I am doing an internship outside of Dortmund during that time. We are happy to discuss the exact move-in and move-out dates; an extension may also be possible.
The student residence was completely renovated at the end of 2022. Accordingly, the building and the apartment are in very good condition. The dormitory is 1 minutes away from the Ortsmühle bus stop. The university is very easy to reach on foot or by taking the Bus.
Near the dormitory there is a lawn with a few tables and benches.
The apartment is on the 1st floor, has its own bathroom and kitchen and is fully furnished

The rental price includes all additional costs as well as very fast fiber optic internet.

Ich vermiete mein Zimmer im Studentenwohnheim zwischen Juni 2024 und Januar 2025, da ich in dieser Zeit ein Praktikum außerhalb von Dortmund absolviere. Gerne besprechen wir mit Ihnen die genauen Ein- und Auszugstermine; Eventuell ist auch eine Verlängerung möglich.
Das Studentenwohnheim wurde Ende 2022 komplett renoviert. Dementsprechend befinden sich das Gebäude und die Wohnung in einem sehr guten Zustand. Das Wohnheim ist 1 Minute von der Bushaltestelle Ortsmühle entfernt. Die Universität ist sehr gut zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus zu erreichen.
In der Nähe des Wohnheims gibt es eine Rasenfläche mit einigen Tischen und Bänken.
Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock, verfügt über ein eigenes Bad und eine eigene Küche und ist komplett möbliert
