Ich habe ein Gästezimmer OHNE Anmeldung für maximal 3 Monate anzubieten an eine Frau über 30.

From 16th June or 1st July on: Only for maximum of 3 months with guest status. Less is possible.

Means NO „Registration paper“ possible.

You need this if you start here as a student or doesn’t have another place where you have your main registrated living place. So I guess I have to exclude regular students, sorry for that.

Bedeutet: keine Anmeldebescheinigung. Du brauchst einen bestehenden gemeldeten Wohnsitz andernorts in Deutschland.

Demnach für regulär Studierende in der Regel nicht geeignet. Außer du bist fest in einer anderen deutschen Stadt und machst zb ein Praktikum hier und erhältst KEINE staatliche/stiftungsbezogene Förderung (BafÖg, Stipendium usw.).

NUR Gast-Zwischenmiete. KEINE Möglichkeit der Wohnsitzanmeldung oder sonstige Scherze wie KFZ Scheinwohnsitz oder Liebesnest (ja, es gab Anfragen). Gäste nur absolut ausnahmsweise nach vorheriger Absprache. Die Schlafcouch ist auch nur für eine Person. Keine Kinder (sorry) und auch keine Haustiere.

Demnach ideal für Wohnungssuchende zb oder Projektarbeitende. Oft waren auch Theater/Filmschaffende bei mir zu Gast.

Female (only!) roomate. ONLY SHORT rent for guests. 1 month up to 3 max. NO possibility at all to reside (Registration Office or motor vehicle registration office etc.) and register this as a recidency. Not for more than 1 person. No children (sorry) and no pets.

Altbau Wohnung mit hohen Decken in der Nordstadt in einem sehr gepflegten Haus in mittelruhiger Lage.
Das 23 qm Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete ist möbliert und mit einer Schlafcouch (für eine Person) ausgestattet. Es ist sonst mein Wohnzimmer und meine Bibliothek. Die große Wohnküche und das Bad mit Wanne nutzen wir gemeinsam.

Der Zeitraum ist normalerweise ein wenig flexibel, jedoch NICHT länger als 3 Monate.

Falls du noch Deutsch lernst, sollte dein Englisch sehr gut sein, ich rede gerne mit meinen MitbewohnerInnen bei einem Kaffee oder so. :-) Deshalb möchte ich mit dir telefonieren oder du kommst vorbei.

Ich bin WG erfahren und liebe kleine, gute Konzerte, Theater und off Kultur, das macht auch einen großen Teil meines Berufslebens aus.

Rauchen und Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.

Dritte Gäste auf Anfrage und das bitte auch nur ausnahmsweise. (Konkret: nicht häufiger als 1 Nacht/Monat.) Ich LIEBE ja WGs, aber zu zweit ist das alles etwas eng und ich bin so ungern in der Minderheit in meiner eigenen Wohnung. ;-) Außerdem: es ist nur eine Einzelschlafcouch und demnach ENG. Es gibt kein Zusatzbett/Matratze etc.

Ich schreib das deshalb so ausführlich, um Missverständnissen vorzubeugen. Ich bin ansonsten selbst eher locker.

Mein VERMIETER allerdings nicht so unbedingt und den möchten und dürfen wir dabei ja schließlich nicht verstimmen, nicht? Der wohnt in der Wohnung nebenan.

Restored old 2-room flat in the Nordstadt in a well-kept house. The 23 sq room is furnished with large bookshelfs with books and a folding couch (for 1 person only). We share the large kitchen and the bathroom with tub. The renting time is flexibel, but not longer then 3 month - a permanent rent is not possible.

I look for a female guest. And you have to speak at least good english (in case you are learning german) as I want to communicate with my roommate and have a coffee or so. I'm looking forward to meet you or have a phone call.

I shared my flat often and I love this small concerts, theater and everything in off cultur, my job is about that as well pretty often.

No smoking, no pets.

Second guests only by request in advance as a real, real exception (means not more than 1-maximum 2 nights/month).
Yes, I really like flat-sharing - but in a 2-room I'd like not to be the minority in my own flat ;-).
