Die Wohnung liegt am Rande des Unionviertels / Innenstadt-West.
Einkaufmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig in alle Richtungen zu erreichen.
West- und Tremoniapark sind nicht allzu weit entfernt. Zu Fuß dauert es ca. 20-25 Minuten zum HBF. Universität und Fh sind in ÖPNV & Fahrradnähe.

The flat is located on the edge of the Unionviertel / Innenstadt-West.
Shopping facilities are within walking distance in all directions.
West- and Tremoniapark are not too far away. It takes about 20-25 minutes to walk to the central station. The university and Fachhochschule Dortmund are within easy reach by public transport and bicycle.

Wir leben mit acht Personen zusammen. Einige von uns teilen sich schon seit 11 Jahren einen gemeinsamen Wohnraum. Die Wohnform ‚Wohngemeinschaft‘ ist für alle hier keine bewusste Übergangsphase, sondern die gewünschte Art, solidarisch miteinander zu leben. Es wäre schön, wenn auch du idealerweise Lust auf Gemeinschaft hast :)

Viele von uns haben unterschiedliche Arbeitszeiten, sind in Projekten oder Bands aktiv und darum öfter mal unterwegs. Gemeinsame Aktionen entstehen in der Regel spontan, aber regelmäßig und werden darüber hinaus auch durch geplante Events wie Partys etc. ergänzt. Beispiele sind: Vegane Koch-Aktionen, Spieleabende, Tanz- und Ausgehsituationen sowie Ausflüge aller Art. Grundsätzlich ist es bei uns recht belebt, wuselig und auch regelmäßig laut. Wer zwischendurch Ruhe im eigenen Zimmer sucht, bekommt sie trotzdem sehr zuverlässig. Generell ist es uns wichtig, dass Bedürfnisse und Grenzen proaktiv mitgeteilt werden (können) und dass unterschiedliche Bedürfnisse möglichst gleichwertig und konsensual miteinander ausgehandelt werden. Dazu nehmen wir uns Zeit und die Bereitschaft dazu wünschen wir uns auch von dir.

Deshalb und für organisatorische Belange gibt es ein regelmäßig stattfindendes Plenum mit allen Mitbewohner:innen. Hier möchten wir auch gerne mit dir gemeinsam unsere Vorstellungen von zukünftigem Zusammenleben sammeln 😊

Die Miete basiert auf einem solidarischen Prinzip, daher zahlen hier alle innerhalb eines funktionalen Rahmens einen Preis, den sie für angemessen erachten und mit ihrem Einkommen bezahlen können. Die angegebene Miete von 380€ ist der Preis, der aktuell für das Zimmer bezahlt wird. Gerne möchten wir auch mit dir an dem solidarischen Prinzip festhalten und sprechen gerne mit dir darüber, falls du dir das Zimmer nicht leisten kannst.

Unsere Einkäufe teilen wir ebenfalls untereinander – Lebensmittel, die nur für den eigenen Verzehr gedacht sind, können aber problemlos mit Namen versehen werden und werden von den Anderen nicht angerührt. Jede:r kauft nur so viel ein, wie es finanziell und energiemäßig möglich ist. Wir wünschen uns die Bereitschaft oder den Wunsch, an diesem Prinzip teilzunehmen. Außerdem haben wir zudem noch einen solidarischen Landwirtschaftsanteil, der in der Miete bereits enthalten ist.

We live with eight people. Some of us have been sharing a common living space for 11 years. For everyone here, the 'shared flat' form of living is not a deliberate transitional phase, but the desired way of living together in solidarity. We would therefore also like to have a person who would ideally like to live in a shared flat on a long-term basis.

Many of us have different working hours, are active in projects or bands and are therefore often out and about. Joint activities are usually spontaneous but regular and are also supplemented by planned events such as parties etc. Examples include Vegan cookery events, games evenings, dancing and nights out as well as excursions of all kinds. Basically, it is quite lively, bustling and also regularly loud here. If you're looking for peace and quiet in your own room in between, you'll still get it very reliably. In general, it is important to us that needs and boundaries are (or can be) communicated proactively and that different needs are negotiated as equally and consensually as possible. We take the time to do this and we want you to be willing to do the same.

For this reason and for organisational matters, there is a regular plenary meeting with all flatmates. We would also like to gather our ideas for future cohabitation with you here 😊

The rent is based on a principle of solidarity, so everyone pays a price that they consider reasonable and can pay with their income within a functional framework. The stated rent of €380 is the price currently paid for the room. We would also like to adhere to the principle of solidarity with you and are happy to discuss this with you if you cannot afford the room.

We also share our groceries with each other - food that is only intended for your own consumption can easily be labelled and will not be touched by others. Everyone only buys as much as is financially and energy-wise possible. We would like people to be willing to participate in this principle. In addition, we also have an agricultural share that is already included in the rent.

Wir möchten gerne mit zukünftigen Mitbewohnis gemeinsam darauf achten, dass sich Alle miteinander wohlfühlen können. Sollten unsere Wahrnehmungen & Vorstellungen deshalb zu weit auseinandergehen, kann das natürlich auch bedeuten, dass wir uns gemeinsam entscheiden, wieder getrennte Wege zu gehen.
