Ich suche einen Nachmieter (frühestens ab dem 1.7. spätestens ab dem 1.9.) für mein Zimmer. Es ist 10 qm gross und ich bezahle im Moment warm, inkl Nebenkosten, mit Strom, Telefon- und Internetflatrate insgesamt 148 Euro. Das ist sehr günstig, aber dafür haben wir kein Wohnzimmer und nur eine kleine Küche.
Im Moment wohne ich hier mit 3 Jungen, von dem aber auch einer am 31.8. ausziehen wird und auch einen Nachmieter sucht.
In unserem Haus wohnen noch 2 andere Wgs, hauptsächlich Studenten. Die Wohnung ist ca 2 min von der Strassenbahn entfernt und die Stadt zu Fuss in ca 15-20 min zu erreichen.
