Die Wohnung verfügt außerdem über einen Geschirrspüler, eine Waschmaschine, eine Mikrowelle und sonstige Geräte, die du benötigen könntest.
Die WG befindet sich direkt neben dem Borsigplatz. Hier findest du alles, was du brauchst, mehrere Restaurants oder Supermärkte wie Lidl, Kaufland, Aldi und ein DM sind bequem zu Fuß innerhalb von 10 Minuten erreichbar. Die Bus- und U-Bahn-Haltestellen „Borsigplatz“ sind in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, wodurch du nur ca. 10 Minuten in die Innenstadt und ca. 25 Minuten zur Universität brauchst :)

The flat also comes with dishwasher, a washing machine, a microwave and all the appliances you could need.
The flat is located right next to Borsigplatz. You will find everything you need, several restaurants or supermarkets such as Lidl, Kaufland, Aldi and a DM are easily reachable on foot within 10 minutes. The “Borsigplatz” bus and U-bahn stops are reachable 3 mins by foot, through which you only need about 10 minutes to the city center and about 25 minutes to the university :)
Housam (28) ist Student an der FH Dortmund (Master Maschinenbau). Er ist ein ziemlich ruhiger, ruhiger Mensch, und er hat ein freundliche Persönlichkeit.
Loay (22) ist Student an der TU Dortmund (informatik). Er ist freundlich aber er ist meistens nicht zu hause.
