i need a not shared room, Barop or Eichlinghofen, near university

Hi!
My name is Claudia and I am an architect. I like so much study, so now I attended a PhD course. I study in two italian university for the PhD (Polytechnic University of Bari and Roma Tre University).
When I was a student in architecture, I studied the architecture of the south of Germany and I staied in Munich for a month.
I decided to continue the research in Germany and for this reason I need a single room with: internet connection, heating, a place where I can use a laptop, washing machine, shared kitchen and bathroom.
I am a very simple person. I like swim and dance but I spend most of my time in my university so I haven't time for sport.
My mother is an excellent cook so I never cook before..but if you trust me I will cook for you some typical italian plate. :)
I'm searching a place where I can feel right at home.
