The room is part of a shared flat in the second floor with two persons and a cat. It has a size of about 15 sq m. There are a desk, a desk chair, a coffee table, a sofa bed and a shelf in the room. I would like to leave the furniture in the room and to sell it to the person who will move in (maybe you? :) ). There is a big window with curtains and a carpeted floor.
The other rooms of the flat are a bathroom, a kitchen, a storeroom (with the wardrobes, a freezer and cleaning equipment in it) and the room of my roommate. We have a dishwasher and my roommate has a washing machine, which we both use.
The flat is located in Dossenheim, just next to the tram stop "Dossenheim Süd". In the same building, there are an EDEKA shop, several hairdressers and restaurants, a sports shop, a pharmacy, an ice cream shop and some other shops.
Dossenheim is a township of about 12,000 inhabitants, northern of Heidelberg. Taking tram 5, it takes you about 15 min to get to the "Bismarckplatz" and about 20 min to get to Heidelberg central station. By bike, the times are about the same. Dossenheim is surrounded by nature (forest, quarries, fields) and offers different free time activities (e.g. football, tennis...).
You would live together with a psychology student and her cat. As she prefers to speak English, we communicate in English. Therefore, it would be perfect, if you were also happy to do so. I experienced speaking English in my everyday life as beneficial, so you might feel so, too ;)
My roommate is in her twenties and would like to live together with a woman who is about 18 to 30 years old.
