(Deutsch unten) Hey! My name is Jem and my current room will be available to rent from 01.10.23 (this date is flexible)! I have been living here since June 2022 and have loved calling it home. Sadly I am now transferring to Tübingen uni and it’s time to find a new tenant for my well loved room!
The room is about 20m2 and is part of a 2er-WG. The long shape of the room means that you’re able to divide the space up just as I did (for example into a couch, office and sleeping area). The room is also part of a “Dachgeschosswohnung“ and so it has windows on the ceiling as well as a normal window. The celling windows allow you to fall asleep looking at the stars and give the room an extra cozy feel.
The furniture: I would like to pass on my big pieces of furniture (double bed, sofa and wardrobe), for the price of 300€. This is of course open for discussion.
The price: The cold rent (without electricity, water, heating, internet) is €210. The warm rent is 60€ (this excludes internet, which is paid directly by you).

Hallo! Mein Name ist Jem und mein derzeitiges Zimmer wird ab dem 01.10.23 (dieses Datum ist flexibel) zu vermieten sein! Ich wohne seit Juni 2022 hier und habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Leider wechsle ich nun an die Uni Tübingen und es ist an der Zeit, einen Nachmieter für mein geliebtes Zimmer zu finden!
Das Zimmer ist ca. 20m2 groß und ist Teil einer 2er-WG. Durch die lange Form des Zimmers kann man den Raum so aufteilen, wie ich es getan habe (z.B. in eine Couch-, ein Büro- und einen Schlafbereich). Das Zimmer ist auch Teil einer Dachgeschosswohnung und hat daher neben einem normalen Fenster auch eine Dachluke. Durch die Dachluke kann man beim Einschlafen in die Sterne schauen und das Zimmer wirkt besonders gemütlich.
Die Möbel: Ich würde gerne meine Möbelstücke (Doppelbett mit Matratze, Sofa, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank, Stühle) zum Preis von 300€ weitergeben. Dies ist natürlich diskussionsfähig.
Der Preis: Die Kaltmiete (ohne Strom, Wasser, Heizung, Internet) beträgt 210€. Die Warmmiete beträgt 60€ (ohne Internet).
Wenn mein Zimmer zu Ihnen passt, zögert nicht, mich bei Fragen zu kontaktieren oder einen Besichtigungstermin zu vereinbaren. Ich bin auch offen für eine Online-Besichtigung.
Dossenheim is a small town close to Heidelberg. Dossenheim is surrounded by beautiful fields that are perfect for jogging and a mountain with great hiking trails. To get to the university (Neuenheim Feld) it takes me around 15 mins by bike. With the tram it takes around 15 mins to reach the middle of Heidelberg (Bismarkplatz). The town also has many small shops and food stores close by.

Dossenheim ist eine kleine Stadt in der Nähe von Heidelberg. Dossenheim ist umgeben von schönen Feldern, die zum Joggen einladen, und einem Berg mit tollen Wanderwegen. Um zur Universität (Neuenheimer Feld) zu gelangen, brauche ich mit dem Fahrrad etwa 15 Minuten. Mit der Straßenbahn ist man in ca. 15 Minuten im Zentrum von Heidelberg (Bismarkplatz). Die Stadt hat auch viele kleine Geschäfte und Lebensmittelgeschäfte in der Nähe.
Outside your room, you will find a communal living/dining/laundry space and a shared bathroom.
The kitchen: is equipped with an oven, stove, fridge, generous storage space and lots of bench space. As part of the kitchen we also have a reliable washing machine and a laundry space to hang wet clothes to dry.
The bathroom: is highly functional and features everything you need and more. (The cute ceiling window means that you will always have a nice view whilst going to the toilet!)
Your future roommate will be starting her Bachelors in Biology at Heidelberg university this winter semester. Her interests include photography, animals (especially birds), cinematography and going on long walks. She is friendly and open for a good conversation no matter what time of day (or night).

Außerhalb Ihres Zimmers finden Sie einen gemeinsamen Wohn-/Ess-/Waschraum und ein Gemeinschaftsbad.
Die Küche: ist mit Backofen, Herd, Kühlschrank, großzügigem Stauraum und viel Ablagefläche ausgestattet. In der Küche gibt es auch eine zuverlässige Waschmaschine und einen Waschraum zum Aufhängen nasser Wäsche.
Das Badezimmer: ist sehr funktionell und bietet alles, was du brauchst und mehr. (Das Deckenfenster bedeutet, dass Sie beim Toilettengang immer eine schöne Aussicht haben!)
Deine zukünftige Mitbewohnerin wird in diesem Wintersemester ihren Bachelor in Biologie an der Universität Heidelberg beginnen. Sie interessiert sich für Fotografie, Tiere (vor allem Vögel), Kinofilme und lange Spaziergänge. Sie ist freundlich und offen für ein gutes Gespräch, egal zu welcher Tages- oder Nachtzeit.
