The flat is placed in beautiful Friedrichstadt right behind the hospital. Public local traffic as well as supermarkets are reachable within less than 10 min. The record time to the (late shop) is 1,30 min (running). To reach universities, Neustadt, Altstadt or the river Elbe you need 10 to 25 minutes, depending on the way you move.
