Zum 10. September wird dieses herrliche Zimmer in Mitten der Altstadt frei.
Das Zimmer ist rechtwinklig geschnitten, hat hohe Decken, ein riesiges Fenster und liegt auf der
Nordseite, sodass es nie zu heiß, aber trotzdem immer hell genug ist. Es geht zur Wilsdrufferstraße
raus, von der man ab abends nichts mehr hört und bei geschlossenen Fenstern ohnehin nie.
Da Anja Dresden verlässt, wird sie einige Möbel gegen eine kleine Ablöse von 100€ da lassen,
genauer das Bett inklusive Matratze, den Schreibtisch und die Vorhänge.

From 10 September, you have the chance to move into this fantastic room in the old town (city
centre). It has a rectangular form, high ceiling and a big bright window northwards, so it’s always
bright enough but never too hot in summer. In front of the window, there is a main street, but in the
evening it is quiet calm and if you close the windows, you won't hear anything.
As Anja is going to leave Dresden, she will leave some furniture behind: bed, mattress, desk and the curtains. She is asking 100€ for it (all inclusive)
Besser könnte die Lage nicht sein! Zum Einkaufen hast Du alles in 5min erlaufen. Es sind 4 min zu
Fuß zum Pirnaischen Platz, 5 min zu Semper Oper, Zwinger & Co, 10 min zu Fahrrad ins
Partyviertel Neustadt und 15 min Fahrrad zur Uni. Und inklusive der Bahn kannst du in 20 Minuten
die ganze Stadt erobern. Oder du gehst einen der Restaurants und Eisdielen direkt vor der Haustür und entspannst im Innenhof..
The best place to be! For shopping you reach supermarkets in 5min as well as everything else. You
walk 4min to Pirnaischer Platz, 5min to Opera and other famous buildings, 1min downstairs to the
ice-cream parlour or go by bike in 10min to Neustadt (a very hip quarter) and 15min to university.
Going by tramway, you conquer the whole city in 20min. Or you just go downstairs to the ice-
cream parlour and relax in the courtyard.
Unsere WG besteht aus Patrick, Gabriel, beides Maschbauer und Rike, studiert Angewandte Mathematik
Wir alle treiben viel und sehr unterschiedlichen Sport von Bouncerball über Turnen bis Bouldern ist alles dabei.
Aufgrund von Studium und Arbeit sind wir alle unter der Woche relativ ausgelastet, freuen uns aber über ein entspanntes Nachhause kommen mit einem Plausch in der Küche.
Ansonsten halten wir uns einen routierenden Putzplan.
Our WG consists of Patrick, Gabriel, both mechanical engineers and Rike, who is studying applied mathematics.
We all do a lot of different sports, from bouncer ball to gymnastics and bouldering.
Due to studies and work, we are all relatively busy during the week, but we are looking forward to come home and having a chat in the kitchen.
Further we keep a rotating cleaning schedule.
Am Wochenende 27. -29. August werden die WG-Castings statt finden.
Bitte schreibt etwas zu euch, ansonsten werden wir euch augfrund der großen Anfrage nicht in Betracht ziehen.
