Ich suche ab sofort eine nette(r) Mitbewohner(in).
Dein Zimmer ist 19m² groß, sehr hell (2 große Fenster) und abgesehen vom Hochbett, unmöbiliert. Die Decke ist mit Stuck verziert. Wie du im Bild siehst, steht ein Kachelofen im Zimmer (kann genutzt werden).Vom Vormieter wurde weiß gestrichen und der Fußboden ist mit schönen alten Dielen ausgelegt
Das Zimmer hat eine spitzenmäßige Straßenbahnanbindung. In zwei Minuten erreichst du die Linie 12. Zu den Linie 6 und 7 sind es 5 min. Gehweg. Auch die 61 ist nicht weit weg, damit bist du in 10 min. an der Uni.
In der Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe,Norma, Kaufland)
Das lustige am Zimmer (deshalb auch so preisgünstig)ist, dass die Dusche in der Küche steht und die Toilette auf halber Treppenhöhe ist. Mag für den Ein oder Anderen etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig sein, ich finds spitze.
Alles nur eine Frage der Organisation.
Ich selbst studiere Maschinenbau und bin gerade im Praktikum.
