Hallo lieber Wg-Sucher,
ich biete dir ein gemütliches Zimmer mit Blick über die Neustädter Dächer. Das Zimmer ist nach hinten raus und daher angenehm ruhig. Es hat ein sehr schickes Hochbett drin, das übernommen werden sollte. Die Wg hat weiterhin eine schöne große Wohnküche mit zwei Sitzecken (eine Essecke und eine Sofaecke) und eine große Kinoleinwand, auf der man mit einem Beamer tolle Filmabenden machen kann. Sonja (28, studiert Umweltmonitoring) ist zwar grad in der Diplomphase, freut sich aber auf ein kommunikatives Miteinander.
Pluspunkt an allem: es muss keine Kaution gezahlt werden! Das Einzugsdatum ist auch flexibel!
In der Wg werden 2 Zimmer frei. Wer zuerst kommt hat die bessere Wahl ;)
