Da ich ab September meine Diplomarbeit außerhalb Dresdens schreiben werde, vermiete ich mein Zimmer für 6 Monate. Den genauen Einzugstermin können wir dann noch klären, da ich eventuell schon früher das Zimmer abgeben kann.
Das 16 qm große, helle Zimmer vermiete ich möbliert (Bett, Kleiderschrank, Komode ,Regal, Couch). Die WG hat alles was man benötigt, eine geräumige Küche mit, Spül- sowie Waschmaschine sowie Balkon und professioneller Dartscheibe ;-)

Because I am doing my final thesis in another city, i am renting my room for six months. As I might be on vacaion already in August, the date of your move-in is flexible.
I am renting the 16sqm, bright room fully furnished (bed, wardrobe, commode, shelf, couch). The shared-flat has everything you might desire. A spacious kitchen with dish washer and washing machine as well as a balcony and a professional dart-board
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut an die Öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel angebunden, da die Straßenbahnlinie 3 gleich vor der Haustür abfährt und man es so in 20 min zur Uni schafft. Außerdem ist das Kneipenviertel der Äußeren Neustadt in 10 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Lidl ist gleich um die Ecke und im Bahnhof Neustadt sogar sonntags geöffnet.

The flat is connected very good to the public transportation system, because tram number 3 departs directly in front of the door and so you can reach the university in 20 min. Furthermore the center of nightlife "die Neustadt" can be reached by foot in 10min. Lidl is just around the corner and in Neustadt trainstation it is even open on Sundays.
Die WG ist eine 3er WG. Deine neuen Mitbewohner sind Yvonne, 24, die gerade ihre Ausbildung als Physiotherapeutin beendet hat und Axel, 26, Verfahrenstechnik-Student.
Die letzten Jahre war unsere WG immer der Ausgangspunkt für viele Partynächte, Koch-, DVDabende und Darttuniere :)
Also falls du evtl. für ein Praktikum oder ein Auslandssemeter für ein paar Monate nach Dresden kommst und ein Zimmer suchst, dann zögere nicht mich zu kontaktieren.

We share the flat with 3 people. Your new flatmates are Yvonne, 24, who has just finished her apprentinceship as a physiotherapist, and Axel, 26, who is studying process engineering.
For the last years our flat has been the starting point for many party night outs, cooking-, DVD-evenings and dart tournaments :)
