Hallo - wir suchen einen neuen Mitbewohner oder Mitbewohnerin für unsere 3er WG in der Dresdner Neustadt/Leipziger Vorstadt.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 14 m² groß, mit Fenster und Laminatboden.
Die Gesamtmiete beträgt 230€ (inkl. Internet, Strom, GEZ usw.).
Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Obergeschoss, ist ca. 70 m² groß, hat insgesamt 3 Zimmer, Flur, Küche, Bad (mit Badewanne und Fenster), eine Loggia (Balkon) und einen Kellerraum.
Kühlschrank (mit Eisfach), Herd & Backofen, sowie eine Waschmaschine sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Nähe des Bahnhofs-Neustadt (ca. 5 min Fußweg), hinterm Haus befindet sich die Haltestelle "Lößnitzstraße" der Straßenbahnlinie 3 (ca. 1 min Fußweg).
Wir, Chistoph (27) und Moritz (29), sind Dipl./Master Studenten und eigentlich sehr nett ;-) Es ist keine Zweck-WG, wir unternehmen auch gerne Dinge zusammen.
Wir sind Nichtraucher (auf der Loggia kann aber geraucht werden).
Hunde oder Katzen gehen leider nicht, andere kleine Haustiere sollten eigentlich kein Problem sein.
