Liebe Unterkunft-Suchenden,
da ich in den Urlaub fahre, könnte mein sehr zentral gelegenes WG-Zimmer für drei Wochen deine Bleibe werden!
Ich hab es nie nachgemessen – aber ich glaube mein Zimmer ist 16qm² groß und wie ihr auf den Fotos sehen könnt, mit allem Wichtigen (Bett, Kommode, Stuhl, Schreibtisch und Licht) und auch Unwichtigen (Fernseher (um den Computer für Filme anzuschließen) ausgestattet. Da ich nur für kurze Zeit gehe, werde ich einige Dinge (z.B. Bücher und DVDs) im Zimmer zurücklassen. Natürlich räume ich Dir eine Kommode für dein Gepäck frei!

while I'll be travelling I'm searching for a person who'ld like to rent a room in the very center of the Dresden Neustadt!
I don’t know the exact size of my room, maybe 16 qm²? I will leave you my whole interior (bed, desk, chest of drawers, TV, …). As the flat is located in the center of the quarter ‘Neustadt’ you will live in the middle of the cultural and nightlife scene. That’s handy as you can get everywhere very quickly.
Durch die Lage mitten in der Neustadt ist man so ziemlich schnell an so gut wie allen Ecken, die das Herz begehrt (Bars, Kneipen, Restaurants, Spätshops, (Bio-)Supermärkten, Alaunpark, Elbe, den Straßenbahnen (7,8 (Louisenstraße), 3,6,7,8,11 (Albertplatz), 13 (Görlitzer Straße)). Alles in 1-10 Minuten Fußweg oder noch schneller mit dem Rad zu erreichen.

As I told you our flat is located in the middle of the Dresden Neustadt, which means you have everything for the daily needs in walking distance (Ecological-)supermarkets, restaurants, theatres, cinemas, bars, shops, parks, the Elbe-river…. Also close by are tram stops for the Trams 3,6,7,8,11,13 so you can get everywhere easily. You can reach the university (TU) in about 20-25 minutes by tram 3 and the Campus Neustadt is only 5 minutes by tram or bike.
Worauf lasst ihr euch eigentlich ein wenn ihr einzieht? Die Wohnung verbirgt noch zwei fantastische Mitbewohnerinnen! Anni, studiert Soziologie an der TU und Anna verfolgt ihren Traum Bühnenmalerin zu werden (an der HfBK). Der Dreh und Angelpunkt unsrer WG ist unsere kleine aber unglaublich gemütliche Küche, in der wir abends oft zusammen kochen (vegetarisch) – dabei kann es auch gerne mal spät werden. Bislang hatten wir auch sonst oft Überschneidungen im gemeinsamen Alltag, von gemeinsamen Theater-, Museum- und Konzertbesuchen, zu längeren Spaziergängen oder Fahrradtouren, hin zu unserer Lieblingstanzveranstaltung im Ostpol (60s).

I would like to introduce to you my lovely flatmates Anni and Anna, who both study in Dresden. Anni studies sociology and Anna studies at the Art-academy to become a theatre painter.
We spend a lot evenings in our comfy kitchen, cooking(vegetarian ), talking and listening to music. Also both are interested in theatre, museum ,cinema and concert visits as in going on bike tours or going for longer walks in the nature.
Falls das alles für dich gut klingt, dann schreib uns doch bitte eine Mail und wir beschnacken den Rest. Falls du nur für einen kürzeren Zeitraum ein Zimmer suchst, ist das auch kein Problem!
