It's a flat shared with two other people. In case of any questions you just call me :)
The room is furnitured which is pretty practical if you don't want to buy new furniture yourself.
Ich finde das Zimmer sehr sehr schön. Durch das Fenster blickt man in den Innenhof mit Bäumen. Es ist ein Dachzimmer, daher sind die Decken größtenteils sehr hoch, und an einem Ende ist eine Dachschräge. Das Zimmer ist mit Holzparkett und derzeit möbiliert und einiges kann übernommen werden. (Für Photos: schickt ne Mail)
2 min von der 11 entfernt und in der Nähe der Station Görlitzer Straße, wo die 13 hält und einen in die Uni transportieren kann. (just two minutes to the light rail station)
Ganz in der Nähe von der Elbe! und allen möglichen Bars und Restaurants. Und nah der Dresdner Heide (close to Elbe river, bars, restaurants and the forest!)
Eben in der Neustadt.
Eigentlich haben wir immer zu dritt hier gewohnt, aber Bina und ich ziehen jetzt wegen unserer Master aus, und Markus bleibt noch in der Wohnung. Markus spielt sehr gut, und sehr viel Harfe - das dürfte Deinen Seelenfrieden also nicht zu sehr stören:) Ich hab Markus furchtbar gerne, aber da müsst Ihr selber gucken, wie Ihr Euch mögt. Im Moment ist er noch auf Reisen, und kommt erst im Septmeber zurück. Davor müsstet ihr euch also über skype kennenlernen.
Falls Du Möbel übernehmen möchtest, können wir darüber mal sprechen:) Den Schreibtisch gäbe es umsonst. Das Bett mit Latten und sogar Matratze, das Regal, den Bettisch und den Stuhl könnte ich auch drinnenlassen.
