In unserer Wohnung werden 3 Zimmer gleichzeitig frei, da wir alle nach unserem abgeschlossenen Studium länger verreisen. Ein Zimmer ist frei bis Anfang Juni und die beiden anderen bis Anfang Mai. Die Zimmer sind voll möbliert , jeweils mit Bett, Couch, Schreibtisch und kleineren Möbeln. Zwei Zimmer sind 18 qm groß und eins 15 qm. Die beiden größeren Zimmer vermieten wir für 350 und das kleinere für 310 Euro. In den Preisen sind Internet, GEZ und Nebenkosten inbegriffen.
Die Wohnung wurde letztes Jahr frisch renoviert und hat dabei auch eine neue Küche inkl. Geschirrspüler bekommen.
Zum Haus gehört außerdem eine schöne, große Dachterrasse mit Blick über die Dächer der Neu- und Altstadt, die von allen Bewohnern genutzt werden kann.
In our apartment, 3 rooms will be available because we all go on a longer vacation after finishing our studies. On of the rooms is free until 1st of June, the other two until 1st of May. We leave all our furniture here so you will have a bed, couch and a desk in each room. Two of the rooms are 18 sqm which we let for 350 Euro and the other one is 15 sqm which will be 310 Euros per month. The price includes internet and additional costs.
The appartment was renovated two years ago, so bathroom and kitchen are in a good condition.
A roof terrace is on the same level as the appartment diectly next to our door. It is used by all habitants of the house and is great for barbecues, having an occasional beer etc. :)
Die Lage in der inneren Neustadt ist optimal. In 7 Gehminuten ist man in der äußeren Neustadt mit Bars, Club und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Auch die Elbe ist nur 200 Meter entfernt was besonders im Frühling sehr angenehm ist.
Trotzdem ist es Nachts ruhig sodass man auch entspannt mit offenem Fenster schlafen kann.
Die Nahverkehrsanbindung ist top durch den Neustädter Bahnhof, Albertplatz und Palaisplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe.
The location of the flat is awesome! A 7 minute walk and you're directly in Äußere Neustadt- the neighbourhood with plenty of bars, clubs and shopping possibilities. Also Elbe is just 200 metres away which is especially great in spring ! During nights it's comfortably calm so that you can sleep letting the window open.
Also public transport is very easily reachable. Neustädter Bahnhof, Albertplatz and Palaisplatz are in close vicinity.
Die WG ist Teil des "Gehe-Baus", ein 2015 renoviertes Haus mit Dachterrasse mit insgesamt 7 WG's mit 24 Bewohnern. Wir sind eine nice Hausgemeinschaft in der man auch gerne mal seine Nachbarn einlädt. Die Dachterrasse ist direkt vor der Wohnungstür und eignet sich hervorragend für alles was man so auf Dachterrassen machen kann :)
There are 7 shared appartments with young people in the building. You will be part of a nice community and have an awesome roof terrace which is shared by all residents.
