Da ich diese wunderbare Wohnung leider zum 15.01.09 verlassen muss suche ich hier einen Nachmieter für mein Zimmer.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 3,6m x 4,6m groß und hat zwei große Fenster. Die Wohnung ist Top Saniert, Küche mit Balkon und Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne. In den Zimmern ist Laminat verlegt, das Bad ist gefliest. Der ÖPNV Richtung Innenstadt und Neustadt ist in weniger als 5 minuten zu erreichen. Die Elbe ist ca. 5 minuten entfernt. Auch gute Park und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nicht weit weg und einen super netten Mitbewohner gibt's noch obendrauf ;)
