In a 86m2 appartment on the 4 floors, a rooms of 18m2 are available at mid October (it would be also possible to move in before, probably beginning of October in case it might help). It will be also a new WG.
The rooms are really bright, 2 are oriented south and 1 at the nord, all 18m2. One room is splitted in 2 sub room(see plan and is 270euro/months) and the other is 280euro/months.
The kitchen is nicely big( 15m2) which should allow to have a nice table in the middle, and the bathroom have a windows with a shower AND a bath. Unfortunatly there is no balcony, but we are a few hundred meters from the Elb, where it is really nice to chill when the nice days are coming.
As we are on the 4 floors, there is an open view over the city (not blocked by other building and we are over the trees) on each side of the appartment. The appartment was renovated a few years ago, with natural material like wood (see pics).
It is a new WG, I will bring a few items from my former appartment from my side, like washing maschine, almost anything what we need to cook. A Ofen is already there.
The connection to the city is good, we are really close to Neustadt (7min per bike) and there is many connection with the public transport ( tram 4,9 and 3). We are at 1.5km from the Neustadt train station.
I have also a car I would like to share with 2 persons, so if you are interested. The Gehestr is a quiet street, where there is the Gehe.8 a activ culture center. Bio supermarkt are close and Discount are close too (less than a km).
With the bike, the way along the Elb is really good to use.
My wish would be to have a WG with some interaction, like cooking together or inviting other people, and without too many obligations. I would be very happy about having foreigners in the appartment, good french speaking people are warmly welcome.
About me, I changed my carrier 3 years ago and be now a free lancer, working as health worker (Practionner of the Grinberg Method). I have my own praxis. I m 38y. old, french, living in and enjoying Dresden since a while. Love sport, teach soon acrobatics yoga. I am quite passionate generally in what I am doing.
