... ist sogar 20,5 m² groß :) und hat einen hübschen Balkon. Durch zwei Fensterfronten ist es schön hell.
Das Bad ist geräumig und tagsüber durch das große Fenster auch sehr hell.
Die Wohnküche ist voll ausgestattet und hat ebenfalls einen Balkon.

Hbf (Linie 66, Linie 9 in 10 min), Postplatz (Linie 75 in 20 min) oder in die Neustadt (Linie 13 in 20 min).
Nach Prohlis und Nickern gehts natürlich genauso fix.
Durch die Nähe zum Wasaplatz sind die Linien 61, 63 und 85 auch schnell erreichbar. Zur TU schafft man es locker in <20 min; zur HTW in 10 min. S-Bahn in die Sächsische Schweiz oder nach Meißen ist am "Haltepunkt Strehlen" zu erreichen.
Die Bäcker sowie Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs (Kaufland, Frida, dm) und Bank sind fußläufig erreichbar. Zum Großen Garten sind es 15 min.
