I’m subletting the 16 Sq room as I’m my flatmate is leaving. If you are a vegetarian it would be better.
All furniture and utensils in the common areas would remain in the apartment, which is handy.
The furniture in room (some Ikea furniture including mattress) stay are provided for sublet. Details can be talked about later :) I will share the pictures later.
The apartment is in the middle of Striesen, to the east of the Great Garden and is surrounded by lots of green space. The Great Garden is within walking distance and is therefore a good place for sports or leisure activities. I always liked to go jogging there :)
Furthermore, the stops for lines 61, 63, 64 and lines 1, 2, 4 (even night lines) and 10 can all be reached on foot in around 10 minutes. With those or by bike you can quickly get to the city center. You can park your bike in the basement. The university hospital is also not far away. There are also shops with Lidl, Nahkauf and Kaufland in the immediate vicinity.

Ich vermiete das 16qm große Zimmer unter, da meine Mitbewohnerin auszieht. Wenn Sie Vegetarier sind, wäre es besser.
Sämtliche Möbel und Utensilien der Gemeinschaftsräume würden in der Wohnung verbleiben, was praktisch ist.
Die Möbel im Zimmer (einige Ikea-Möbel inkl. Matratze) bleiben bei der Untermiete erhalten. Über Details kann später gesprochen werden :)
Die Wohnung liegt mitten in Striesen, östlich vom Großen Garten und ist von viel Grünfläche umgeben. Der Große Garten ist fußläufig zu erreichen und eignet sich daher gut für Sport- oder Freizeitaktivitäten. Ich bin dort immer gerne joggen gegangen :)
Außerdem sind die Haltestellen der Linien 61, 63, 64 sowie der Linien 1, 2, 4 (auch Nachtlinien) und 10 alle zu Fuß in ca. 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Mit diesen oder mit dem Fahrrad ist man schnell in der Innenstadt. Das Fahrrad kann man im Keller abstellen. Auch das Uniklinikum ist nicht weit entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es mit Lidl, Nahkauf und Kaufland ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe.
