wir suchen zunächst auf ein Jahr befristet eine/einen ZwischenmieterIn für unsere Mitbewohnerin Nicole, die es in die südliche Hemisphäre verschlägt.
Hier wartet ein helles und ruhiges Zimmer(21m²)in Striesen auf Dich. Das Zimmer ist möbliert, inklusive Hochbett. Nach Absprache kannst du auch eigene Möbel mitbringen.
Wir würden uns als ruhige und gesellige WG bezeichnen, Mittelpunkt ist die gemütliche Küche. Wir, André und Sebastian, sind berufstätig und sehen das WG Leben pragmatisch, sind aber keine Zweck-WG. Außerdem schätzen wir Sauberkeit in den Gemeinschaftsräumen und Zuverlässigkeit in WG-Angelegenheiten. Wir suchen eine unkomplizierte und aufgeschlossene Person, NichtraucherIn, gerne auch Sparingpartner für unsere Fremdsprachen (spanisch, englisch, tschechisch, polnisch und französisch).
Die Vorzüge der Wohnung sind die Badewanne, zwei Balkone, zwei WC, der Garten im Hof, in dem sich die Nachbarn treffen (im Haus wohnen viele Familien), und die Nähe zum Großen Garten.
Die Haltestellen der Straßenbahnen 1,2,4,10,12 und Busse 63 und 64 sind in 2 bis 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Du erreichst uns am besten telefonisch zu o. g. Uhrzeit. Besichtigungstermine vereinbaren wir flexibel, am besten abends bzw. am Wochenende.

we are looking for a new flatmate on an initially temporary basis for about one year.
We offer you a sunny and quiet room of 21 sqms in the neighbourhood of Striesen. The room comes totally furnished including a loft bed. If you want, you can bring your own furniture.
About us: We are two laid-back professionals, who like to socialise in our lovely kitchen. We appreciate clean and orderly common rooms and reliability regarding common matters.
We are looking for some easy-going and open-minded person, who is also non-smoker. We also enjoy conversations in Spanish, English, Czech, Polish or French.
The advantages of your new home are numerous: There is a bathtub, two balconies, two toilets, a green backyard (where all the neighbors and especially the families from this house like to mingle) and the superb location close to the park Großer Garten.
Public transport is at walking distance, including lines 1,2,4,10,12, 63 and 64.
