Für mein kleines aber feines Zimmer suche ich einen Nachmieter. Das Zimmer liegt im 5. OG eines Plattenbaus mit einem großen Fenster in den sehr ruhigen Hinterhof. Durch die erhöhte Lage hast sowohl aus dem Fenster und vom Balkon einen weitläufigen Ausblick.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Der Hauptbahnhof ist 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt, auf die Prager Straße braucht man 8 Minuten.
Die beiden Mitbewohner Nora (21) und Robin (21) sind zwei sehr angenehme Zeitgenossen und immer für ein Schwätzchen zu haben. Ich bitte um Übernahme der Möbel, Ablöse 200€.
I am looking for someone taking over my place in Dresden. The room is on the 5th floor with a window to the back yard.
The flat is very central: the main station is only 5 minutes and the Prager Straße 8 minutes by foot.
The two Flatmates Nora and Robin (both 21) are are very nice and friendly. I ask to take over my furniture for 200€.
