Du ziehst in ein schönes Zimmer, das Platz für alles hat, was du brauchst. Du wohnst zum Innenhof und schaust mitten ins Grüne :) Keine Straße, kein Lärm. Ein idealer Ort zum Erholen.
In deinem Zimmer steht Kleiderschrank, ein Bett, ein Tisch und ein Stuhl. Ebenso wird das Zimmer geschmückt durch eine Pflanze und einen Nachttisch. Der Teppich macht es ebenso gemütlich.

The room is beautiful furnitured. It has everything you need: comfortable bed, table, cupboard, soft carpet, a big plant, light curtains, one shelves for your books.
I rent the room for1 week in March or April for this price.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen. Der Hauptbahnhof ist in 8 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. In 3 Minuten kommst du zum Bus, der dich direkt in die Stadt bringt. In 10 min bist du bei der Straßenbahn, die dich bequem in die Neustadt bringt.

The flat is very central. You need just 8 minutes to the main station. In 3 minutes you can take the bus to the city. In 10 minutes you are at the train which brings you to Neustadt. Really great is that fact because you save many time in your daily routine :DDDD
Ich suche einen ruhigen WG-Mitbewohner. Da ich selber im Homeoffice zu Hause arbeite und meinen Schlaf brauche, schätze ich es, wenn zwecks Lautstärke gegenseitig Rücksicht genommen wird. Laute Musik hören ist daher eher schwierig. Vielleicht suchst du ja ebenso einen Platz zum Erholen, zurückziehen und ruhigen Studieren - dann passen wir bestimmt gut zusammen ;)

I am looking for somebody which is very quite. I like to enjoy the silent when I come home. Also you need to know that I will work at home. You see - loud music will be a problem. Bad und Küche können von dir ebenso genutzt werden. Gerne koche ich auch für uns beide. Ich esse grundsätzlich alles, achte aber darauf, dass der Gemüseanteil hoch ist ;-) Gerne besuche ich Wochenmärkte und unterstütze lokale Unternehmen.
Ich achte sehr auf Sauberkeit.

Beside of your room you can also use the bathroom and the kitchen. I really enjoy to cook - and I am glad to cook for us two. I eat everything but prefer to eat more vegetable stuff.
Cleaning is very important.
