Wir (Carlos (30) und Arno (26)) suchen einen neuen Mitbewohner. Unsere Wohnung liegt zentral in Dueren. Der Bahnhof ist ca. 400m und die Einkaufsstrasse ca. 600m entfernt. Dein Zimmer ist um die 12 qm gross und geht vom Wohnzimmer ab (ca. 18 qm), das hauptsaechlich von dir benutzt werden wuerde. Die Kosten fuer das Zimmer belaufen sich auf 270€, inklusive Miete, Strom und Internet. Das Zimmer ist teilmoebliert und der vorherige Bewohner wuerde diese gerne verkaufen.
Wir haben eine grosse Kueche, die von allen geteilt wird. Das Zimmer kann ab dem ersten September gemietet werden, wir sind aber bis zum ersten Oktober flexibel. Falls du Interesse an einer Besichtigung oder Fragen freuen wir uns ueber eine Mail. Wir koennen Besichtigungen ab dem 23. August vereinbaren.
