Die Wohnung liegt im obersten Geschoß eines ruhigen Mehrfamilienhauses in einer Einbahnstraße direkt am S-Bahnhof Bilk.
Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten, besteht aus 3 Zimmern, Küche, Flur mit Abstellkammer und einem sehr großen Bad mit Badewanne und Dusche. Spülmaschine und Trockner sind vorhanden.
Dein neues Zimmer ist circa 20 Quadratmeter groß und lässt sich sehr gut in einen Wohn- und Schlafbereich teilen. Es wird auch möbliert geliefert, da die Möbel im Zimmer (Bett, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Nachttisch, Sofa, Schublade) für 250€ übernommen werden müssen, daher bitte nur dann eine Nachricht senden, wenn Sie Interesse am Kauf der Möbel haben. Die monatliche Gesamtmiete beträgt 465 €.

Dear new roomie,
welcome to the Binterimstrasse in Düsseldorf-Bilk!
After 3 beautiful years in this shared flat, my room is now available for a new flatmate. The apartment is located on the upper floor of a quiet apartment building house. The apartment itself is rather spacious: We have 3 rooms, the kitchen, a floor with a store-room and a big bathroom with bathtub and shower. Also you can find a dishwasher and a dryer along with the washing machine.
The room is about 20 sqm big and has a perfect size in order to set up a sleeping and living area. It also comes furnished, as the furniture in the room must be taken over (bed, wardrobe, desk, bedside table, sofa, drawer) for 250€, so please message only if you're interested in buying the furniture as well.
Total monthly rent is 465€.
Something about us
Catherina and Lina are in their late 20s - early 30s and work in Dusseldorf area. We speak mostly German and English at home so that when we have friends over it is a beautiful mixture of languages:) So if you feel comfortable with that, we'd love you to send us a message with a short introduction about yourself and we will invite you to get to know each other.
What we wish for in a roomie is a down-to-earth person that is about or age, preferably working as well and being open about the world & that love to chat and have friends over from time to time.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in Düsseldorf / Bilk. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Penny, dm und Edeka), die U72 und der Bilker S-Bahnhof sind innerhalb von 5 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Parkplätze sind vor der Tür ohne Anwohnerparkausweis vorhanden. Die Heinrich-Heine-Allee ist mit dem Fahrrad circa 10 Minuten entfernt.
Wir sind eine sehr herzliche WG! Unser WG-Leben findet größtenteils in der Küche beim gemeinsamen Essen oder Quatschen nach der Arbeit statt. Jeder darf seine individuelle Freiheit genießen, Rücksicht auf den anderen nimmt man allerdings genauso viel. Catherina und Lina sind beide Anfang 30. Unsere WG-Sprache ist eine Mischung aus Deutsch und English.
Ordnung und Sauberkeit sollten natürlich keine Fremdworte für dich sein. Wir hatten auch mal eine feste Reinigungskraft, aber meistens organisieren wir uns selbstständig und gehen davon aus, dass du auch selbstständig mit anpackst.
Gesucht wird ein*e Mitbewohner*in, der/die zu uns psst, entspannt und freundlich ist, aber auch etwas sagt, wenn ihm/ihr etwas nicht passt. Berufspendler, Partytiere, Zweck WG-ler, oder Menschen, die einen günstigen Zweitwohnsitz benötigen passen nicht zu uns.
