Wir vermieten ein kleines aber feines WG Zimmer in einer geräumigen Wohnung mit direktem Blick auf die HS D.
Zu der Wohnung gehören eine große Wohnküche, ein Bad, ein separates WC und zwei weitere Zimmer. Eins davon wird auch vermietet, das andere große Zimmer mit Balkon ist zur Zeit frei und kann als Wohnzimmer genutzt werden.
Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert und mit ausgewählten Vintage Möbeln eingerichtet. Eine Küchenausstattung, Bettwäsche und Handtücher stehen ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Die Waschküche im Haus kann gegen Unkostenbeitrag mitbenutzt werden. Alles andere (Heizung, Strom, Internet, Nutzung der Wäsche und der Einrichtung) ist in den Nebenkosten enthalten.
Wir vermieten die Zimmer im Moment befristet, zum Beispiel für ein Austauschsemester oder ein Praktikum. Wir freuen uns auf Menschen, die in Düsseldorf eine Zeitlang studieren oder arbeiten, sich hier für ein paar Monate zu Hause fühlen möchten und unsere Wohnung auch so behandeln :-)
We rent a small but cozy room in a spacious and comfortable apartment just across the University of Applied Sciences Duesseldorf.
The apartment includes a kitchen, a bathroom, a separate toilet and two other rooms. One of these is also rented out, the other one serves as a living room.
The whole apartment is newly renovated and furnished with selected vintage pieces. Kitchen equipment, sheets and towels are also available. A laundry room in the house can be shared at extra costs. Internet access, electricity, heating and the use of all equipment in the apartment are included in the total rent.
We rent the rooms for limited time, like one semester or for about 6 months if you are on an internship. We look forward to people who study or work in Duesseldorf for a certain time, who would like to feel at home here for a while and treat our apartment as such :-)
Das Zimmer ist super verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Inklusive Bus & Bahn, Leihrollern und Leihfahrrädern gibt es alles zum Ankommen und Herumfahren, außer Parkplätzen ;-) Das nächste Fitnessstudio ist auch gleich nebenan.
The room is very conveniently located. Including bus & train, rental scooters and rental bikes, there is everything you need to arrive and drive around, except parking ;-) The nearest fitness studio is also right next door.
Die geräumige Wohnung mit Wohnzimmer und Balkon teilen sich zwei Bewohner. Während die privaten Zimmer klein aber sehr gemütlich sind, lädt die große Küche zu gemeinsamem Essen und Trinken ein.
The spacious apartment is shared between two (female) flatmates, mostly students or interns. Even though the rooms are small and cosy, the kitchen and the living room invite to share meals or drinks.
