Zu vermieten ist eines von drei WG-Zimmern. Es befindet sich im dritten und obersten Geschoss eines Mehrfamilienhauses.
Es ist 18m2 groß und hat zwei große Fenster zum ruhigen Hinterhof, wodurch man viel natürliches Licht hat.
Das Zimmer war bevor die Wohnung zur WG wurde das Wohnzimmer, deswegen ist es ein Durchgangszimmer. In meiner Zeit dort habe ich eine improvisierte Wand gebaut. Anstatt einer Zimmmertür gibt es einen blickdichten Vorhang, ansonsten ist es wie ein normales Zimmer.
Zum Zimmer gehören ein Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Bett, Sofa, Nachttisch und Kleiderschrank, die in der Miete enthalten sind.

For rent is one of three rooms. It is located on the third and top floor of an apartment house.
It is 18m2 large and has two large windows to the quiet backyard, which gives you plenty of natural light.
The room was a living room before the apartment became a WG, so it is a passageway room now. In my time there, I built an improvised wall. Instead of a room door there is an opaque curtain, but otherwise it is like a normal room.
The room includes a desk, chair, bed, sofa, bedside table and wardrobe, which are included in the rent.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Stadtteil Neudorf-Nord, in einer sehr ruhigen Nebenstraße.
Innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß eine Straßenbahn-Haltestelle, mehrere Bushaltestellen und die Universität.
In 3 min zu Fuß ist ein Aldi und 7min ein Edeka erreichbar.
Von der Wohnung bis zum Hauptbahnhof sind es mit dem ÖPNV ca. 15min.

The apartment is located in Neudorf-Nord, in a very quiet side street.
Within 5 minutes you can walk to a tram stop, several bus stops and the university.
In 3 min an Aldi and 7min an Edeka are reachable.
From the apartment to the main train station it is about 15min by public transport.
Deine Mitbewohner wären Asal(20) und Justine(21).
Asal geht auf ein College, um später hier studieren zu können und Ich(Justine) studiere bereits Angewandte Kognitions- und Medienwissenschaften im dritten Semester an der Uni Duisburg.
Das Wg-Leben ist sehr entspannt. Jeder macht sein eigenes Ding und manchmal quatscht man etwas in der Küche.

Asal goes to college to study here later and I (Justine) am already studying Applied Cognitive and Media Sciences in my third semester at the University of Duisburg.
The shared life is very relaxed. Everyone does their own thing, and sometimes there’s a chat in the kitchen.
In den Nebenkosten ist bereits alles inklusive (Strom, Wasser, Heizung, W-lan)
Vermietung nur an (zukünftige) weibliche Studenten!
