Student Accommodation Required

My name is Anjushree. I am a 23 year old student from India and I am here to pursue my degree in MSc. International Management and Psychology at Hochschule Rhein-Waal. I am actively searching for a long term accommodation for myself and also ready to sign a contract immediately if the requirements are met. I am open to sharing the kitchen and bathroom. I am non-vegetarian but prefer not to eat beef. I would a place where smoking is not allowed in common areas. As I would be mostly busy with my university studies, I would highly appreciate a peaceful environment and can assure to maintain quiet atmosphere from my side. I enjoy cooking for myself so I expect a furnished kitchen and furnished room as well. I do not have high expectations of flatmates as long as they are cooperative. It is also appreciated if the contract includes Anmeldung for my city registration. Overall, I am a well adjusting person looking for a nice environment so I can completely focus on my studies.
