Das Zimmer ist hell und hat nach Osten und Süden Fenster, nach Norden ein Dachfenster und bietet genügend Platz für Wohn-, Arbeits- und Schlafmöglichkeiten. Das Zimmer ist aktuell teilmöbliert (Bett, Sofa, Schreibtisch und einige Regale). Der Bodenbelag ist Laminat.
