Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert, etwa 16qm groß und hat ein großes Fenster sowie Zugang zum Balkon.
Die Wände sind weiß und der Boden ist hell. Es gibt genügend Steckdosen und einen Internet- und TV-Anschluss.
Obwohl das Fenster zur Hauptstraße (30er Zone) hinzeigt, ist es sehr ruhig. Südseite.
Das große Wohnzimmer mit Balkon können wir gemeinsam nutzen (große Schlafcouch vorhanden). Wir nutzen es außerdem zum Wäsche trocknen.
Die Bushaltestelle Blumenstraße gibt es direkt an der Straßenecke. In 20 Minuten ist man zu Fuß in der Innenstadt bzw. am Bahnhof.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäcker, Eisdiele, italienische Spezialitäten und Bar sowie ein Ärztehaus gibt es in der Nähe.

Wir (Torsten und Guy) sind beide berufstätig.
Jeder hat sein eigenes, abschließbares Zimmer. Wer seine Ruhe haben möchte, schließt einfach die Tür.
Ansonsten freuen wir uns auch über ein bisschen Austausch beim Kochen oder Fußball schauen.
Wir teilen uns die Nebenkosten, indem jeder einen Vertrag (Strom, Internet, Gas) übernimmt und die anderen dann monatlich ihren Anteil an denjenigen überweisen.
In deinem Fall würdest du den Gas-Vertrag unserer Vormieterin übernehmen (aktuell bei NEW).
