The apartment is on the top floor so some of the space is not usable because of the roof however there is plenty of space in the room. The room is facing north, so it will be cool in summer time. The room has a bed and wardrobe. Apartment has a washing machine, dishwasher and much more utility ready to use.
Place is located close to the town center, it takes 20 mins by foot and 7 mins by cycle to the train station. There is a bus stop 5 mins away from the door and it took 20 mins directly to the Tech Fac. The neigborhood is quiet. The closest grocery store is 10 mins walking distance or 10 mins by bus to edeka, lidl, obi, rossman.
I'm Tan, 24, sharing a flat with my roommate Ozan, 27, as we pursue our master's at FAU in CBI. Most evenings, we cook together, experimenting with new recipes. Ozan speaks English, Turkish, and German, while I can understand Spanish if spoken slowly.
During my downtime, I relish outdoor sports and strolling during the golden hours, snapping photos as I go. I also cherish gaming sessions with friends. Ozan and I both share a passion for exploring new cities, and we're looking forward to hitting the tennis court together again soon.
