In unserer 4er-WG wird ein Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete für viereinhalb Monate frei. Ab sofort bis Ende Februar.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 15 m² groß und unmöbliert! Das Foto ist leider nicht aktuell.
Dazu gibt es eine relativ große Küche und ein Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne.

We are temporary renting out a room in our 4-room-shared flat for four and a half months. From now on until the end of February.
The room is about 15 sqm and not furnished!
We ahve a relatively large kitchen and a bathroom with shower and bathtub.
Die Wohnung liegt in Alterlangen, eine sehr ruhige Gegend.
Ein Edeka, diverse Bäcker, Apotheken, etc. liegen in bequemer Laufentfernung.
Der Main-Donau-Kanal und der Wiesengrund sind keine fünf Minuten entfernt.
Eine Bushaltestelle ist in ca. 3 Minuten zu erreichen, aber auch mit dem Fahrrad ist man in etwa 10-15 Minuten in der Innenstadt.
In den Straßen hier gibt es genug Parkmöglichkeiten.

The flat is in Alterlangen, a rather quiet neighborhood.
We have a supermarket and various bakerys, pharmacies, etc in walking distance.
The Main-Donau-channel and the Wiesengrund are just 5 minutes away.
You can reach a bus stop in about 3 minutes walking, but even with a bicycle it's just 10-15 minutes to the city centre.
There are many parkin spaces in the streets here.
Wir wohnen hier zu viert. Da ein paar hier sehr zeit- und lernintensive Studiengänge/Berufe haben, ist hier nicht so viel 'WG-Leben' wie man es sich so vorstellt.
Dennoch wohnt es sich hier sehr angenehm. Man ist oft unter sich, hat aber immer einen Ansprechpartner.

We are four people living here. Due to some very time-consuming and intensive studies/work, we don't have much of a college-shared-flat-life here as one might expect.
Nevertheless, living here is very nice. You can be for yourself but you always have someone to talk to.
Wir haben eine Spülmaschine und einen Waschkeller mit WG-Waschmaschine.
Dazu noch ein Kellerabteil für uns.
Die angegebenen sonstige Kosten sind für Strom und Internet.
Rauchen ist in der Wohnung nicht erlaubt!
