da ich ins Ausland gehe, werde ich mein WG-Zimmer von August 2012 bis April 2013 zwischen vermieten. Die Möbel lasse ich selbstverständlich hier. Das Zimmer hat 14 qm, kostet insgesamt 280 Euro und geht auf den Balkon raus.
Meine Mitbewohner sind liebe und nette Menschen, mit denen man sich leicht anfreunden kann. Eine Zweck-WG sind wir als auf keinen Fall.
Wenn du interessiert bist, dann schreib uns eine kleine Mail, in der du ein bisschen was von dir erzählst. Besichtigungen werden wahrscheinlich zwischen dem 18. und 25. Juni stattfinden.

I am subletting my room from August 2012 to the beginning of April 2013. The room is furnished, has 14 square meters, costs all in all 280 Euro per month and has a balcony.
The flatmates are easygoing and friendly it is easy to become friends with them.
If you are interested, then write me a little mail describing yourself. Viewings will take place between the 18th and 25th of June.
