A room with four corners. It´s a square with white walls. We can paint together if needed.
Only Disclaimer: Neighbors maybe a little bit loud doing the shimmy shimmy you know... sorry :D (just being honest).
The room is 15.63 qm + balcony (south side, 2.56qm). The sun comes in very nice in the mornings. Definitely a plus if you are a morning person.
The room is without furniture. I have a spare couch though.
The flat is a little bit work in progress here and there :)

We got a REWE (5min), NETTO (5min), Bus Station (Am Anger, 5min), S-Bahn (Paul-Gossen-Straße, 10min).
Also not far from the city center. I go there by bike very often. You should own a bike, it´s very comfortable in Erlangen.
6 minutes to the city center train station by bike.
Just me. I would like to have some company, and pay less for my rent to be honest.
I like to play the Bass Guitar (Still learning) and I am looking to buy new instruments in the future.
I like to cook. I am a meat eater and my favorite food is lasagna or pasta al forno with minced meat.
I prepare a big dish and eat for 3 days. Maybe then together 1.5 days. Nice meal! ;)
I like hiking, exhibitions and am open to new experiences but not interested in going there alone.
Maybe like opera or theatre I would try.
Sports I like as well. Badminton and Tabletennis but open to all kind of outdoor activity. Looking forward to spring already! :)
Maybe we can share the fridge, and split the bills. (but I´m trying to live cheap at the moment!)
