ich suche ich einen Nachfolger für meine 2er Wg.
Wenn ihr interessiert seid. schreibt mir ein Email mit ein paar Infos (Alter,Hobbies, Studium/Job etc., Handynr.) über euch. Dann können wir spontan einen Besichtigungstermin ausmachen und kurz quatschen.
Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt neben dem Steinbachbräu in der Vierzigmannstraße und ist in etwa 55qm groß. Das freie Zimmer ist 14qm groß und derzeit unmöbliert und komplett leer. Auf Wunsch kann vom Vermieter allerdings ein Bett,ein Schreibtisch und ein Schrank angefordert werden angefordert werden. Zudem hat die Wohnung ein kleines Badezimmer mit Waschbecken, Dusche und Klo, eine Küche mit Kühlschrank, Ofen,Spülmaschine etc. und einen kleinen Gang.

The appartment is about 55 square metres large and is located next to the brewery Steinbachbräu in the Vierzigmannstraße. The available room is currently not furnitured and completely empty. An additional bed, wardrobe and desk can be requested from the landlord. In addition to that the appartmant has a small bathroom, a kitchen with refridgerator, ofen, dish washer and a small floor.
