Wir suchen eine neue Mitbewohner/in für unsere nette Erlangen-WG.
Das Zimmer wird ab 18. Juni frei, da der derzeitige Mitbewohner zieht sich nach Amerika zurück.
Die wichtigsten Informationen sind wie folgt:
Zimmer:
Möbliert mit Bett, Schreibtisch, Stuhl und Regale.
Das Zimmer wird am Anfang Juli abgeändert, um es größer zu machen, also die Bilder sind noch nicht aktuell. Sobald die Änderungen fertig sind, werden wir neue Fotos hochladen.
Bei der Besichtigung können wir das besser erklären bzw. zeigen.
Wohnung:
Die Wohnung ist voll Möbliert (Ofen, Waschmaschine, Spulmaschine, TV, Sofa usw.)
Wir haben ein großes Wohnzimmer und Balkon, der in Sommer echt schön ist und tolle Parkmöglichkeiten.
Miete:
Kalt - €400 im Monat.
Nebenkosten sind circa. €30 im Monat, es kommt darauf an wie viel Strom/Wasser wir verbrauchen, aber es ist kaum mehr als €30.

We are searching for a new roommate for our lovely WG in central Erlangen.
The room will be free from 18th June, as the current roommate is moving back to America.
You are welcome to come by for a viewing or to contact us for more information at any time.
Here is the most important information you need to know:
Room :
The room is fully furnished with bed, table, chair and shelving.
There will be some modification of the room at beginning of June to make it bigger (9SQM to roughly 25SQM), so the pictures of the room are not up to date.
However, as soon as the room has been modified, we can provide more up to date pictures and viewing the apartment will make the changes very easy to imagine.
Apartment :
The apartment is fully furnished (storage, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, sofa etc…)
We have a large living room, a large sun facing balcony and a parking just in front of the house, as well as bike shelter.
Price:
Rent is €400 a month, plus around €30 for utilities, this varies per month depending on water/energy consumption but rarely goes over 30€ each.

Lage:
15 Minuten zu Fuß von Stadtmitte entfernt.
3 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum nächsten Bushaltestelle entfernt.
5 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Aldi und 8 zum Kaufland.
Allerdings, wenn man ein Fahrrad hat, kann man alles in etwa. 10 Minuten erreichen.
Unser Mitbewohner verkauft sein Fahrrad, wenn das gebraucht wäre.

5 mins walk to ALDI and 8 minutes to Kaufland.
However, if you have a bike everything is very accessible in around 10 minutes. Our roommate is selling his bike if needed.
Wir sind zwei nette Mitbewohner, eine Ire und ein Franzose, wir sind sehr locker, freundlich und ordentlich.
Wir suchen jemand, der nett, offen, ordentlich und entspannt ist.
Wir beide sprechen deutsch und englisch, und Nicolas spricht französisch.
Wir beide arbeiten bei adidas, aber ein Mitbewohner außerhalb adidas ware auch sehr schön.
Wir machen öfters was zusammen, zB. Essen, Filme anschauen und feiern gehen.
