Das Zimmer an der sonnigen Westseite der Wohnung ist Teil einer 3-Personen WG mit 4 Zimmern. Wie den Eckdaten schon zu entnehmen ist, handelt es sich um ein vergleichbar kleines Zimmer - jedoch gleicht das unser großes gemeinsames Wohnzimmer wieder aus :)
Das Haus wurde in letztes Jahr energietechnisch saniert, inklusive dreifach verglaster Fenster und neuem größerem Balkon.
Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert vermietet. Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch und Bett können jedoch bei Interesse vom Vormieter übernommen werden.

The room on the sunny west side of the apartment is part of a 3-person shared apartment with 4 rooms. As you can see from the key data, it is a comparably small room - but our large common living room makes up for this :)
The house was renovated last year in terms of energy-efficency, including triple-glazed windows and a new, larger balcony.
The room is rented unfurnished. However, the closet, desk and bed can be taken over from the previous tenant if interested.
Die WG liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet (Wehneltstr. 6) etwa 7-10 Fahrradminuten sowohl von der Technischen Fakultät als auch von der Innenstadt entfernt. Etwa 250m entfernt befinden sich ein Bäcker, Metzger, Imbiss sowie ein kleiner Getränke- und Obst-/Gemüseladen. Zahlreiche Supermärkte befinden sich zwischen 700m und 1km entfernt.
Die Bushaltestelle "Stintzingstraße", sowie "Wehneltstraße" ist etwa 4 Gehminuten entfernt, von dort fahren sehr viele Busse u.a. in die Innenstadt sowie nach Nürnberg. Die S-Bahn-Haltestelle "Paul-Gossen-Str." ist in 10 Gehminuten erreichbar.
In dem Wohngebiet finden Nachverdichtungs- und Renovierungsarbeiten statt, derzeit jedoch nicht in unmittelbarer Umgebung der Wohnung.

The shared flat is located in a quiet residential area (Wehneltstr. 6) about 7-10 minutes by bike from both the Faculty of Engineering and the city centre. About 250m away there is a baker, butcher, takeaway, as well as a small beverage and fruit/vegetable shop. Numerous supermarkets are located between 700m and 1km away.
The bus stop "Stintzingstraße" and "Wehneltstraße" are about 4 minutes on foot, from where many buses go to the city centre and to Nuremberg. The train station "Paul-Gossen-Str." is 10 minutes by foot.
In the neighbourhood there is densification and renovation work going on, but currently not in the immediate vicinity of the apartment.
In der WG leben neben dir Kevin und Loli. Kevin arbeitet in einer Event-Agentur, spricht Englisch und Deutsch.
Loli macht ihren Doktor in Immunologie, spricht Spanisch, Deutsch und English und kommt aus Argentinien.
Ausschweifende WG-Partys sind bei uns selten. Gemütlich mit Mitbewohnern und Gästen gekocht und gegessen wird aber gerne - wenn nicht gerade die Pandemie uns einen Strich durch die Rechnung macht. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und bietet alles Notwendige, um auch größere Runden zu bekochen, inkl. einer Spülmaschine.
Das Wohnzimmer ist das größte Zimmer in der Wohnung mit zwei Sofas und einem Tisch mit Eckbank. Im Sommer lockt des Weiteren die Hängematte auf dem Balkon.

You live with Kevin and Loli. Kevin works at an event managment firm, speaks English and German. Loli is doing her doctorate in immunology, speaks English, German and Spanish and is from Argentina.
Excessive WG parties are rare here. When there is not a global pandemic raging we like to cook and eat together with flatmates and guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need to cook even larger rounds, including a dishwasher.
The living room is the largest room in the apartment with two sofas and a table with corner seat. In summertime the hammock on the balcony is also very attractive.
Nach Rücksprache kann das Zimmer schon ein paar Tage früher bezogen werden.
